Un jeune homme originaire d’un village arrive en ville afin d’auditionner pour une compagnie de danse. Il participe à des combats de rue illégaux et clandestins contre de l’argent. Il couche avec des hommes contre de l’argent. Il tombe amoureux d’un homme. Il commence à danser dans une compagnie. L’homme qu’il aime part à la guerre ; le jeune homme retourne dans son village. Le film s’intéresse à cette histoire, mais pas moins (sinon plus) aux choses qui se passent autour. // A young man comes to the city from a village to audition for a dance company.
